Just to give you a pulse, that I'm still around, but REALLY busy on things. I just haven't had the time for Deviantart posting etc.
But here's a little Maggie and Mitch sampler (p103), (even Maggie is surprised I'm working on it.) I think I've hit the "style" for the comic square on.
Borrowing from the Japanese manga halftone shading technique, and the solid coloring of American animation, has concocted this wonderful looking blend. Simple, clean, elegant and easier to layout. A little more spit polish and this should be up tomorrow some time.
